Stranahan, and the New York and Erie Railroad Company concerning construction of a railway from Binghamton to Elmira. Also, a contract between the company and the railroad regarding construction of a railroad from Binghamton to Corning, including reference to Thompson Skinner Brown, John Magee, and John H. Chedell. Collection includes an Erie Railway broadside.
